Refund Policy

Selfcare Factory understands that everyone makes mistakes during the process of purchasing products. We accept refunds of products that were purchased in the time period of 12 hours only, if the time exceeds that no refunds will be provided. Refunds will take a minimum of  5 days or less and a maximum of 13 days to be successfully processed.
